Whack a Mole

Background
Insipred by a project I was working on in 2017, I challenged myself to build an extensible Whack a Mole game using Storyline. While there's no instructional value, it turned out to be a fun way to spend a rainy fall afternoon.
Extensible elements include time and number of mallets which can be changed in seconds. Randomized moles and speed modifications adds to the challenge - no game is ever the same.

Game play

  • The player clicks or taps the moles as they appear.
  • Each hit scores a point, and each miss removes a mallet.
  • The game ends either when the time runs out, or the player runs out of mallets.
